"Paradise is in the shadow of your sabres".
[Sayings of Mohammed 4.62 Salim Abu an-Nadr]
We noticed, in the first chapter of BGE, that Nietzsche lumped together "the Indo-Germans and Mussulmans (Muslims) " [BGE 30].
He therefore includes a Semitic religion/culture along with the Aryan. Regarding Islam as an 'ascending' Semitic religion, he accords it more respect than a decadent Aryan religion such as Buddhism [of course the latter would rank higher than that most deplorable of things, 'a decadent Semitic religion' such as Christianity].
It should not surprise us then, that the Muslim religion exhibits a degree of Order of rank ['Rangordnung' - rankordering].
We know for example, that Islam has a traditional adherence to keeping slaves; to Nietzsche, slavery is essential for any higher culture to exist.
Islam takes an uncompromising stance towards non-believers;
"I have received orders to fight against people until they say there is no god but God".
[Sayings of Mohammed 4.58 Abu Hurayra]
Non-Muslims are made to rank far below;
"Those who have merited Paradise will enter it, whereas the reprobates will enter Hell".
[ib. SB 1.12, Abu Sa'id al Khudri]
We notice also the importance attached to purity;
"The worshipper must be in a state of ritual purity, accomplished by performing either the minor ablution, called wudu', for minor impurities, or the major one called ghusi, for major impurities".
[J.Hinnels 'Handbook of Living Religions']
The Mohmedan is placed under strict obligations;
"Indecent talk, gossip, slander and anything else that would cause anger or grief to anyone should also be avoided, along with any actions that might arouse passion in oneself or someone else". [ib.]
This extends to ALL the appetites;
"Violations of the fast are usually listed in four categories:
i) allowing food, beverages, or anything else, to be swallowed intentionally;
ii) intentional vomiting;
iii) ual ;
iv) the emission of semen when caused by any type of ual contact".
[ib.]
Such severe strictures are a schooling in nobility.
